SpendTrack helps you manage daily budgets and goals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use SpendTrack, you may provide information like your budget settings, wallet names, transactions, goals, and reminders. If you create an account, we store account identifiers and profile details to keep your data synced across devices.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver core features such as daily limits, wallet tracking, goal progress, and notifications. If you use smart saving tips, limited context (such as spend amounts or goal descriptions) is sent to our AI provider to generate personalized guidance.

Third-party services

SpendTrack relies on trusted services like Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, and messaging. Apple handles all in-app purchase transactions. When you enable smart tips, relevant data is processed by our AI provider (currently OpenAI) to return the requested output.

Data storage and security

Your data may be stored locally on your device and securely in the cloud when sync is enabled. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can edit or delete entries at any time within the app. If you want to delete your account or exported data, contact us and we will help you through the process.
